Arrived at Gare Du Nord by Eurostar an hour ago  Arrived at hotel - basic 3star Had lunch with emigrant son at our London hotel To give iit another plug - Plum and Spilt Milk is headed up by a Michelin star chef Excellent lunch and very reasonable After it crossed road to St Pancras and boarded  Eurostar - seamless. Arranged  to meet emigrant son again for dinner in Istanbul on 20th near the end of our trip  Eurostar travelling at c 200 - 300 km per hour and left cars on motorway way behind!! If it's lunch in London it must be dinner in  Paris .... Off now to taste the culinary delights of gay Paris M
